After the deluge and barrage of attacks that Dr Jean Robert Ngola faced under the legitimacy of a false narrative that was spurned and encouraged by the Government of New Brunswick, on more than 3 occasions throughout the year that has since passed, Counsel for Dr. Ngola sought an unequivocal apology from the Premier of New Brunswick.
The first apology was sought after the myth and false narrative of a patient zero was put to rest by both science and by the investigations relating to our client. An apology was sought again after it became clear that no criminal charges would be filed against Dr Ngola. A final apology was sought after the Crown withdrew a regulatory charge that remained outstanding in Provincial Court.
At every turn, the hand of friendship and reconciliation was rebuffed with aggressiveness and disdain by the Premier’s government. Tomorrow at 11 am Eastern time, noon Atlantic tine, Dr Ngola and his legal team will be offering the Media an opportunity to engage with us as we will chart and explain the next steps we intend to take
in this saga.
