Jules César graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law at the Université de Moncton and was admitted to the Bar of New Brunswick in 2019. Jules César is fluently bilingual and has a general legal practice, with a focus on the expertise and legal services offered by LiberSolus. During his studies at the Faculty of Law, Jules César was Coordinator of the Pro Bono Program for two consecutive years, and was ranked in 2016 among 20 friends and alum who contributed to the Pro Bono Canada Program for the last 20 years, because of his contribution to the creation of the New Brunswick Refugee Clinic. Before joining LiberSolus, Jules César worked as a lawyer in civil litigation and also further developed his skills in pleading.

Jules César has had the opportunity to appear before a certain court level in the province, acquiring valuable knowledge and tools in terms of evidence and procedure. Having won a silver medal in Cross-Country for Université Saint-Anne in his previous studies, Jules César is an amateur of sports and outdoor activities.

In his spare time, Jules César is active in his community, he participated in the first Grande Rencontre des Jeunes Entrepreneurs Francophones du Monde which took place in Montreal in April 2017; He’s founding member of the Labo des jeunes sponsored by Pond Deshpande Centre and whose mission is to mentor young people who want to learn the basics of robotics, programming and accompanying their school career.
