Mr. Michaud no longer takes files in relation to COVID related matter given the sheer complexity of this matter especially since his role at present is to guide business people that are evaluating all of their options at present. The COVID rules are changing at a rapid progression and it is therefore difficult for us to provide legal advice in these circumstances. We remain resolved in overseeing these complex legal issues, however contrary to certain false social media reporting, Mr. MIchaud and LiberSolus are not and will undoubtedly never be involved in a class action involving COVID. Class actions take time, money and are one of the worst legal procedures to deal with a constitutional case of this nature.
